Creating a standard Barbie nose for a man creates a serious contrast with the general strong, angular, and masculine structure of the face and results in an artificial look.
Basic Angles Between Men and Women: In men, the nasolabial angle (the angle between the nose and the upper lip) should be between 90 and 95 degrees. This means the nose descends almost perpendicularly to the face. In women (especially in the Barbie design), this angle goes up to 105 to 115 degrees. Increasing this angle too much in men causes the nose to look unnecessarily lifted (a 'piggy nose' look).

The nasal tip is also definitely not made as pointy as in women, it is left more angular and distinct.
