The Barbie nose look has become so popular in recent years that many patients applying to our clinic want to have this elegant curve and lifted nasal tip. However, not everyone may be psychologically or physically ready for a surgical operation (rhinoplasty). So, is it possible to approach that stylish 'Barbie' look without lying on the operating table?
In our practice in Adana, we can largely meet this expectation with non-surgical nose aesthetics (Liquid Rhinoplasty). For this, we have two powerful medical aesthetic weapons: Nose Fillers (Hyaluronic Acid) and Bo-tox.
Nasal Tip Lifting with Bo-tox: If your nasal tip drops downwards when smiling or talking, this is due to an overactive muscle called 'depressor septi nasi'. A very small dose of Bo-tox injection we apply to this muscle temporarily weakens its downward pulling force. As a result, the nasal tip lifts a few millimeters and gains a more aesthetic angle.
Creating the Barbie Curve with Fillers: Nose filler is generally used to hide the hump (bump) on the nose. However, when applied to the right points, it can also create a fake Barbie curve. Strategic hyaluronic acid filler touches applied to the root of the nose (where it meets the forehead) and the nasal tip make the humped or straight part in the middle look optically more curved.

The biggest limitation of non-surgical nose aesthetics is that it cannot physically shrink the nose. A filler is a volumizer. If your nose is already large, fleshy, or wide, the filler procedure will make your nose even larger. In these cases, the only solution for a Barbie nose profile is surgery.
- Advantage: It is an excellent rehearsal to see how your new nose will look on your face before making a surgical decision. If you don't like it (or when its longevity ends), you return to your old nose.
- Who is it Suitable For? It is ideal for patients with slight depressions in the nose, a droopy nasal tip, but a generally small nose size.
